Jon brings an extensive background in real estate development, sales, marketing and finance, especially as it relates to downtown Cleveland. He has served as managing director of Pinnacle Management Group, where he managed the development of a 14-story luxury residential building in downtown Cleveland as well as a Warehouse District conversion of an apartment building to condominiums. Since 2006, he has negotiated and facilitated more than 500 residential and commercial transactions resulting in more than $300 million in sales.
A Cleveland native, Jon has spent over a decade living in downtown Cleveland, where he enjoys and promotes the urban lifestyle. Jon began his career in downtown Cleveland, earning a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Cleveland State University and working in finance and marketing.
Jon is a licensed broker and serves on the advisory comittee of the Downtown Cleveland Resident Association (DCRA) and is a member of the Real Estate Advisory Group for the Downtown Cleveland Alliance (DCA).
