Eric, a graduate of John Carroll University, brings an impressive 16 year sales background to Citiroc. Eric spent most of his career negotiating deals with C-level executives. He now brings that talent and skill to the real estate market, where every person in the sales process must carefully be considered.
Eric is a licensed realtor with a deep understanding of urban real estate in communities like Lakewood, Gordon Square, Ohio City, Tremont, University Circle, and downtown. He is also knowledgeable in commercial real estate with a specific emphasis on restaurant sales and leasing.
Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Eric transplanted to Cleveland when he attended John Carroll in 1996. After four years of studying marketing and experiencing the city, he decided that Cleveland would always be his home. Developing Northeast Ohio has become his passion, and this evident daily in his work with Citiroc.
